I just wanted to bring to your attention that I updated the Calendar. You will notice for the next two weeks we have MANY rehearsals planned as we make a mad dash for the end of an outstanding season. I also added a reminder that Nashville fees are due on Tuesday, March 22, 2011. Most everyone knows what they owe or close to it, however, you may get the remaining balance on Monday when we return. ( I was going to mail them out but STI is down and I have no addresses... sorry. )
I do want to let you know that when you are figuring your fees. We will not be doing the luncheon. You can remove this from your payment list. Schedule wise it just appeared that it would be better to allow time for students to spend time with their families hanging out in the hotel, exploring downtown, etc. Everything else remains the same; hotel, parking and cost of ticket for the event. Don't forget that donut profit was 2.50 per box and whatever Jack's Coupons you sold can also be subtracted from what you owe. (Coupons are due with fees on March 22nd)
